Inspire Salon opened in June 2007! We have over 100 years of experience between our stylists and are dedicated to provide exceptional service and great value! We strive to understand every clients needs and to customize our services to meet those needs. All of our licensed stylists sincerely enjoy what they do and look forward to meeting you!
We schedule appointments according to our Stylist's availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service that you have been scheduled for.
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We realize that with life's ever-changing needs, situations may prevent you from keeping your reservation with us so we have instituted a three-strike rule. The first two last-minute cancellations will be considered a warning. After two last-minute cancellations, you will be asked to leave a credit card number on file in order to book any future appointments with us. After that, we request a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment - If there is a third last-minute cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the service that was cancelled. In the event of a fourth last minute cancellation, 100% off the service missed will be charged for.
No-shows are included under this policy.
Our policies have been made to respect the valuable time of our stylists and clients.
Retail Products - Return within 2 weeks for a full refund or exchange. Anything after 2 weeks can be exchanged for a different product or product credit.
Services - Please let us know within 1 week if you are unhappy with your cut or color and we will do our best to accommodate you!
