As most of you know, the Governor mandated that all salons be shut down through April 13.
This is hard news for us all, as we know how important your hair appointments are to you - and we feel the same about them! We love our team at Inspire and we love working together so it will be hard to not see each other for a little bit. We also have the best clients in the world and we will miss seeing you for a few weeks.
We are choosing to be grateful that we work a job that we LOVE. While we would not have chosen this route, it means we have the opportunity to spend time with our kids & families, to refresh & recharge, and to catch up on some trainings that we've been wanting to

Our policies have been made to respect the valuable time of our stylists and clients.
Appointments are scheduled according to our Stylist’s availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service as scheduled.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We realize that with life’s ever-changing needs, situations may arise that prevent you from keeping your appointment with us. If a second late cancellation / no show occurs, you will be charged a $25 re-booking fee to schedule.
As a community focused salon, we welcome families and children. However, due to safety considerations, we request that children only be in the salon when receiving a service.
Retail Products :
We use, recommend and stand behind our professional products. Our goal is for you to love the products we have recommended! These products are meant to help keep your hair in the best condition possible as well as to help you style your hair the way you like. If you are not loving your retail product, please let us know. Within the first 2 weeks of purchase, we will issue a full refund or help you exchange it, within 30 days of purchase we will help you exchange it for a different product.
We want you to love what we’ve done with your hair! If you’re having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit. We’ll do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible and correct the issue.
A referral is the best compliment we could receive! As a THANK YOU, when you refer friends or family to our Salon or your Stylist, you will receive a $20 coupon towards any service and the person you referred in will receive $20 off their first service!
